Terms and conditions for using createinvoice.uk, including account use, subscriptions, and your rights as a user.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months before the claim arose or £1,000, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Invoice UK, its affiliates, and staff against claims, damages, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

All software, trademarks, and content provided by the Service remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
